Ravnsborg kommune er en tidligere kommune i Storstrøms amt i Danmark.[1] Kommunen ble dannet ved kommunalreformen i 1970, og ble 1. januar 2007 innlemmet i nye Lolland kommune i Region Sjælland sammen med Holeby kommune, Højreby kommune, Maribo kommune, Nakskov kommune, Rudbjerg kommune og Rødby kommune som ledd i kommune- og regionreformen 2005–07.[1][2]

Opprinnelig var planen å danne to kommuner: Ny Maribo kommune (av Holeby kommune, Højreby kommune, Maribo kommune, Rødby kommune) og Ny Nakskov kommune (av Nakskov kommune, Rudbjerg kommune, Ravnsborg kommune), men ved en folkeavstemning 18. mai 2005 ble det vedtatt å slå alle syv kommuner sammen i én (med 51,6% flertall på Midtlolland og 54,9% på Vestlolland).

Etter kommunevalget 2005 ble Ravnsborgs egen borgermester, sosialdemokraten Stig Vestergaard, også borgermester i den nye, sammenslåtte kommunen.[2]
