Per Axel Smith-Kielland (født 19. september 1891, død 24. september 1921) var en norsk kunstmaler og bror av Ingvald Maryllus Emil Smith-Kielland.

Elev av Christian Krohg ved Statens kunstakademi 1914 - 15. Fire av bildene hans er innkjøpt av Nasjonalgalleriet. Han malte det som har blitt omtalt som melankolske landskaper og inntrengende portretter. Han ble rammet av sykdom i ung alder og døde tidlig. Innkjøpt av Nasjonalgalleriet.[3]
