Hedmark Høyre var partiet Høyres fylkesorganisasjon i Hedmark. Den hadde sin opprinnelse i en rekke grunnlovsforeninger i byer og bygder og en amtsgrunnlovsforening under statsrådssaken. Amtsgrunnlovsforeningen for Hedemarkens amt var allerede organisert i 1882/1883.[1] I 1884 gikk de sammen til partiet Høyre. Ved stortingsvalget i 1953 ble byvalgkretsene avskaffet, så Kjøpstedene i Hedmark og Oppland fylker ble lagt til sine respektive fylker. Høyres organisasjon for kjøpstedene ble på samme måte delt mellom Hedmark Høyre og Oppland Høyre. I februar 2018 slo Hedmark Høyre og Oppland Høyre seg sammen til Innlandet Høyre, i påvente av sammenslåingen av de to fylkene i 2020.
