Buskerud Høyre er partiet Høyres fylkesorganisasjon i Buskerud. Buskerud Høyre ledes fra 2023 av Kristin Ørmen Johnsen, med Bård Heio og Simen Murud som nestledere.[2] Morten Sandes er ansatt som fylkessekretær. Leder i Buskerud Unge Høyre, stiftet den 31. august 1937, er Ina Christine Odden Granheim.

Høyre har 15 representanter i Buskerud fylkesting, der Iselin Haugo Stavn er gruppeleder.[3]

Høyre har ordføreren i Drammen, Flesberg, Hole, Lier, Kongsberg, Krødsherad, Ringerike og Øvre Eiker kommuner, og varaordføreren i Nesbyen, Gol, Hole og Ål.

Trond Helleland og Sandra Bruflot er Buskerud Høyres stortingsrepresentanter i perioden 2021-2025.

Fylkesorganisasjonen ble etablert som Buskerud Amts Grundlovsforening den 14. februar 1884 med sakfører Ole Larsen Skattebøl fra Hallingdal som første formann. I 1984 hadde Buskerud Høyre over 12 000 medlemmer, hvorav 1 800 var medlemmer av Unge Høyre.[4] Den 1. januar 2010 hadde Buskerud Høyre 20 lokalforeninger med tilsammen 2 397 registrerte medlemmer.
