Sallija Pīrsone (angļu: Sally Pearson; dzimusi Sallija Maklīlana (Sally McLellan) 1986. gada 19. septembrī)[1] ir bijusī austrāliešu vieglatlēte, startēja barjersprinta distancē.

Piedalījusies divās Olimpiskajās spēlēs (2008, 2012). 2008. gadā Pekinā izcīnīja sudraba medaļu 100 m/b ar rezultātu 12,64 s, savukārt pēc četriem gadiem Londonā austrāliete kļuva par Olimpisko spēļu čempioni ar 12,64 s ātru skrējienu (jauns olimpiskais rekords). 2011. gada Pasaules čempionātā viņa izcīnīja zeltu 100 metru barjerskrējienā, uzstādot jaunu personisko rekordu 12,28 s, pēc diviem gadiem Maskavā izcīnīja sudrabu. Izcīnījusi uzvaru arī 2010. un 2014. gada Nāciju Sadraudzības spēļu 100 metru barjerskrējiena distancē. Ar panākumiem startējusi arī jaunieša vecumā. 2003. gada Pasaules jaunatnes čempionātā izcīnīja uzvaru 100 metru barjerskrējiena distancē, savukārt 2004. gada Pasaules junioru čempionātā ieņēma 3. vietu 100 m gludās distances finālā. 2011. gada novembrī IAAF viņu nosauca par gada labāko vieglatlēti pasaulē.[2] Viņa ir pirmā austrāliete, kas saņēusim šādu apbalvojumu.

Sallijai Pīrsonei pieder arī viens Ginesa rekords: 100 m distanci ar olu karotē viņa ir spējusi veikt 16,59 sekundēs, ievērojami uzlabojot iepriekšējo sasniegumu.[3]
