Virginijus Šeškus (g. 1967 m. vasario 6 d.) – Lietuvos krepšinio treneris.

Dirbo treneriu gimtųjų Prienų sporto mokykloje. Nuo 2004 m. pradėjo treniruoti tuo metu NKL rungtyniavusį „Prienų“ klubą. Su juo 2009 m. laimėjo NKL pirmenybes ir pateko į LKL. Ten V. Šeškaus vadovaujami „Prienai“ laimėjo Baltijos krepšinio lygą, dusyk LKF taurę, dusyk LKL bronzą. Po tokio sėkmingo pasirodymo, 2014–2015 m. pakviestas treniruoti Vilniaus „Rytą“, bet po pusmečio atleistas.[1] 2015–2019 m. vėl dirbo „Prienuose“, kur treniravo brolius Bolus,[2] vėliau – brolius Lavrinovičius.

2020 m. perėjęs dirbti į „Jonavos“ klubą vėl laimėjo NKL, o vėliau jo vadovaujama komanda sėkmingai rungėsi LKL pirmenybėse.[3] 2024 m. pasirašė vienerių metų sutartį, su galimybe ją pratęsti, su Mažeikių „M Basket“ klubu.[4]

Sūnūs – Domantas Šeškus ir Edvinas Šeškus – krepšininkai.
