《루이지 맨션 3》(영어: Luigi's Mansion 3)는 넥스트 레벨 게임스가 개발하고 닌텐도가 배급한 액션 어드벤처 게임이다. 2019년 10월 31일 닌텐도 스위치 대응 게임으로 발매되었다. 《루이지 맨션》과 《루이지 맨션 다크 문》의 속편이다.

줄거리

루이지와 그의 반려견인 유랑아지는 마리오, 키노피오와 피치공주 등과 함께 어느 호텔에 초대받게 된다. 그러나 한밤중에 깬 루이지는 그곳이 사실 호텔이 아닌 귀신이 들린 집이라는 것을 알게 된다. 그 호텔은 마리오 일당을 잡기 위한 미끼였고 루이지를 뺀 마리오 일당은 그림 속에 갇히게 된다. 하지만 루이지와 유랑아지는 같이 살았기 때문에 아따리박사의 차를 발견하고 그곳으로 가서 루이지는 신형 유령싹싹을 얻게된다. 루이지는 호텔을 탐색하다 다크라이트[1]를 얻게되어 아따리박사를 구하고 지하1층으로 내려가려고 했으나 누군가 엘레베이터 버튼을 떼어놓아 지하 1층밖에 내려갈 수 없게 되었다. 이때부터 루이지의 유령 퇴치가 시작된다. 참고로 닌텐도라이트는 오징어속에 있는 사람이나 보석을 빛나게 해서 현실세계로 나오게 한다. 또한 로스트실버가 히든스테이지에 나온다.
