სიმღერა ცოცხლად პირველად 1995 წლის 3 სექტემბერს შესრულდა Arctic Circle შოუზე ჩრდილოეთ კანადაში. 1996 წლის ივნისიდან ალბომის გამოსვლის თანავე Ain't My Bitch სწრაფად მოექცა ჯგუფის საკონცერტო გამოსვლების მთავარ სიმღერათა სიაში და რეგულარულად სრულდებოდა მათი მსოფლიო ტურნეს Poor Touring Me განმავლობაში.[1] მთავარმა გიტარისტმა კირკ ჰემეტმა გამოიყენა სლაიდ გიტარა სოლოს შესრულებისას, რაც იყო პირველი მეტალიკისთვის და ერთ-ერთი იმ მრავალი მუსიკალური ექსპერიმენტებიდან, რომელთა აღმოჩენაც შესაძლებელია ალბომში Load.
