劉剛（りゅうこう、リウ・ガン、1961年 1月30日 - ）は、中国出身の科学者であり、数理モデル、計算機科学、理論物理学を研究している。1989年の第二次天安門事件における活動を主導し、もっとも目立った活躍をした学生うちのひとりである。北京大学で物理学の、コロンビア大学で計算機科学の修士号を取得している。1996年にアメリカ合衆国に亡命してからは、ニュージャージー州のベル研究所で科学技術と物理学を研究した。現在はウォール街のモルガン・スタンレーでITアナリストとして働いている^[1]。

中国民主化運動の主要なリーダーであり、王丹やウーアルカイシなどの同志と近しい^[2]。
