リチャード・ゼックハウザー（Richard Jay Zeckhauser、1940年 - ）は、アメリカの経済学者である。ハーバード大学ケネディスクール教授（the Frank Plumpton Ramsey Professor of Political Economy）であり、専攻は政治経済学、政策分析、保険市場論などである。彼はブリッジのプレイヤーでもある。

略歴

1962年　ハーバード・カレッジを卒業する（A.B.、経済学、summa cum laude）。
1965年～1958年　ソサイエティ・オフ・フェローズのジュニア・フェローシップとなる。
1968年　ハーバード大学からPh.D.を得る。
1968年～1970年　ハーバード大学経済学部の助教授となる。
1970年～1972年　ハーバード大学の准教授となる。
1972年～現在　ハーバード大学ジョン・F・ケネディ・スクール・オブ・ガヴァメントの教授（Frank P. Ramsey Professor of Political Economy）となる。
