ポリグリシル化 (ポリグリシルか、Polyglycylation)は翻訳後修飾 の一種である。軸糸 など特定の器官を構成する微小管 のチューブリン やヒストンシャペロンであるNAP1のC末端 に数個のグリシン を付加する反応である。初めゾウリムシ で発見され[1] 、後に哺乳類 の神経細胞 などでも見つかった[2] 。
これまでこの修飾を行う酵素は不明であったが、2008年に生理学研究所 の研究グループにより同定された。[3] 、
