La Prima Lega 1933-1934, campionato svizzero di seconda serie, fu il primo torneo in concomitanza con l'istituzione della Lega Nazionale a girone unico.

Stagione

Novità

Dalla Lega Nazionale sono state retrocesse l'Étoile Carouge e l'Aarau. Dalla Prima Lega, Berna e Locarno sono promosse in Lega Nazionale. Montreux-Sports, Olten, Old Boys Basilea e Oerlikon/Polizei sono state retrocesse in Seconda Lega. Dalla Seconda lega sono state promosse Kreuzlingen, SCI Juventus Zurigo,Friborgo e Monthey.

Formula

Partecipano 18 squadre, suddivise in due gironi all'italiana a carattere regionale, composti ciascuno da nove squadre. Due punti a vittoria, uno a pareggio, zero a sconfitta. Le squadre vincitrici dei rispettivi gironi vengono promosse in Lega Nazionale e si affrontano in una gara unica in campo neutro per stabilire La squadra che si aggiudica il titolo di Campione di Prima Lega. In caso di arrivo a pari merito in classifica si procede ad uno o più spareggi. Le squadre classificate all'ultimo posto di ciascun girone vengono retrocesse in Seconda Lega. Le squadre arrivate al penultimo posto di ciascun girone si affrontano in una gara in campo neutro per stabilire la terza squadra retrocessa.
