Keuskupan Maumere adalah salah satu keuskupan yang ada di Indonesia dan menjadi keuskupan sufragan dari provinsi gerejawi yang dalam satu kesatuan dengan Keuskupan Agung Ende, Keuskupan Denpasar, Keuskupan Larantuka, dan Keuskupan Ruteng. Keuskupan ini mencakup wilayah Kabupaten Sikka di Pulau Flores Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan pusatnya di kota Maumere.
