ויליאם לירנד מרסי (באנגלית: William Learned Marcy‏; 12 בדצמבר 1786 - 4 ביולי 1857) היה מדינאי אמריקני שכיהן כמזכיר המדינה של ארצות הברית וכמזכיר המלחמה. קודם למינויו הוא שימש מושל מדינת ניו יורק וכסנאטור מטעמה.

מרסי נולד בסאות'ברידג', מסצ'וסטס וסיים את לימודיו האקדמיים באוניברסיטת בראון. לאחר הסמכתו לעריכת דין, בשנת 1811, הוא החל לעסוק במקצוע בניו יורק. לאחר מכן השתתף מרסי במלחמת 1812, לאחריה חזר לעבודתו המשפטית, אך פעילותו הפוליטית בקרב המפלגה הדמוקרטית-רפובליקנית הביאה בשנת 1818 להעברתו מתפקידו.
