SKP:n Hämeen piirijärjestö (vuosina 194x–200x SKP:n Lahden piirijärjestö[3][4][5]) on Suomen Kommunistisen Puolueen toimintaa Hämeen vaalipiirissä ohjaava järjestö, jonka toimpaikka on Riihimäki.

Piirijärjestön varapuheenjohtaja Tero Pitkä on Heinolan kaupunginvaltuutettu. Hänet valittiin sitoutumattomana ehdokkaana 2021 Kuntavaaleissa Vasemmistoliiton listalta. [6][7]
