Helen Ann Richardson Khan (s. 21. marraskuuta 1938 Rangoon), yleensä pelkästään Helen, on burmalaissyntyinen intialainen näyttelijä ja tanssija, joka on työskennellyt hindinkielisessä elokuvateollisuudessa. Hän on esiintynyt yli 700 elokuvassa. Häntä on usein sanottu aikansa suosituimmaksi tanssinumeroesiintyjäksi.[1][2]

Helen on voittanut Filmfare Awards -palkinnon parhaasta naissivuosasta vuonna 1980 ja elämäntyöstä vuonna 1999. Intian hallitus myönsi hänelle Padma Shri -palkinnon vuonna 2009.

Helen on naimisissa käsikirjoittaja Salim Khanin kanssa.[2] Näyttelijät Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan ja Sohail Khan ovat hänen poikapuoliaan.[3]
