فاکتور رونویسی MAFB (انگلیسی: Transcription factor MafB) که با نامِ هومولوگ B آنکوژن ماسکولوآپونوروتیک فیبروسارکومای V-maf هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان، توسط ژن «MAFB» کدگذاری می‌شود. این ژن بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۲۰ قرار دارد و از یک اگزون به درازای 3kb تشکیل شده‌است.^[۴]^[۵]

اخیراً یک چندریختی تک-نوکلئوتید (SNPs) در نزدیکی این ژن که با شکاف کام و لب‌شکری غیرِ سندرمی مرتبط است، کشف شده‌است.^[۶]
