Étienne Cabet (Dijon, 1788ko urtarrilaren 1a – Saint Louis, Missouri, 1856ko azaroaren 9a) frantziar filosofo eta sozialista utopikoa izan zen. Frantziar Iraultzan bideratutako berdintasunerako ideien ondorengoa izan zen. Gizarte ia-ia komunista irudikatu zuen, herri asanbladak gobernatua eta produkzio bitarteko kolektiboekin. Praktikan jartzen saiatu zen eta horretarako sortu zuen Texasen eta gero Illinoisen Icaria Kolonia. Probak huts egin zuen, baina haren lanak, "Icariarako ostera" (1840), langileen artean arrakasta handia izan zuen.

Cabetek hainbeste jarraitzaile katalan izan zituenez, Katalunian ere izan zuen eragina Icariako koloniak.
