La tajhejaj ĉiamverdaj arbaroj estas tersupraĵa ekoregiono el la orientazia ekoprovinco de la palearktisa ekozono laŭ la tipologio de la Monda Natur-Fonduso (WWF). Biome la ekoregiono apartenas al mezvarmaj foliaj kaj miksaj arbaroj de Japanujo.

La ekoregiono kovras areon de 138 300 kvadratajn kilometrojn je la pacifika flanko de la insuloj de Honŝuo, Ŝikokuo, kaj Kjuŝuo. La influo de la Kuroŝia Marfluo kaŭzas humidan klimaton kaj longan kreskadan sezonon, kiuj favoris ĉiamverdajn foliajn arbarojn.
