Scapa Flow estas marhaveno, ĉirkaŭita per insuloj, sur la Orkadoj, proksime al nordaj bordoj de Skotlando.

Ĝi grandas 24x13 km, limas ĝin norde la Mainland-(Pomona)-insulo, oriente la South Ronaldsay, sude Hoy. La plej grava enirejo troviĝas ĉe Pentland Firth, inter la kontinenta skotlando kaj la Ornejoj. La okcidenta Sound of Hoy kondukas al la Atlantiko, la tri nordaj elirejoj al la Norda maro.
