Your feedback does not reflect the nature of the article. You can research the individual and understand the essence in creating an article on him. Doesn't he fit within the notability clauses? Ghana's first plastic surgeon doesn't warrant a Wikipedia article? The individual has made contributions to the the industry and continously does.
