Hello, I am ZhangYuu. I apologize if my user page is messy. I am new to Wikipedia, though I have read Wikipedia for many years. Like everybody else that comes to Wikipedia (aside from the vandals), I am here to reach for more knowledge and add to the mass of worldly data that is called Wikipedia. So let's maintain a NPOV and be nice while we develop this ever-growing utopian community of Wikipedians!
Zhang (traditional Chinese: 張; simplified Chinese: 张; pinyin: Zhāng) is among the most common Chinese surnames. In the 1990 edition of Guinness Book of Records, it was listed as the world's most common surname, with over 100 million people worldwide with this surname. It was also ranked third in the People's Republic of China by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in early 2006. [1]. The use of this surname dates back to about 4,700 years ago...
The second character, 勇, means "brave, courageous, fierce". In Japan, it may be used as the male given name Isamu (hiragana: いさむ, romaji: Isamu). The on'yomi of this character is yū (ゆう, hence the second part of my username, "Yuu".
Note that this is not my real name, so I must laugh at anybody who tries searching for me.
