Ο Μπουλέντ Ουλουσού (Bülent Ulusu, 7 Μαΐου 1923 - 23 Δεκεμβρίου 2015)[4] ήταν Τούρκος ναύαρχος, ο οποίος διετέλεσε πρωθυπουργός της χώρας κατά τη δικτατορία που ακολούθησε το στρατιωτικό πραξικόπημα του 1980 και μέχρι το 1983, οπότε επετράπη και πάλι η διεξαγωγή εκλογών.

Ο Μπιουλέντ Ουλουσού γεννήθηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη το 1923. Αποφοίτησε από την Τουρκική Ναυτική Ακαδημία το 1941 με το βαθμό του σημαιοφόρου. Έφτασε στο βαθμό του Ναυάρχου το 1974 και αποστρατεύτηκε το 1980.
