Ο Βρομώνας[1] ή Βρόμωνας ή Πρόμωνας[2] είναι νησίδα του Ιόνιου Πελάγους που βρίσκεται στο νότιο τμήμα του συμπλέγματος των Εχινάδων νήσων, στα ανοιχτά των ακτών της νοτιοδυτικής Αιτωλοακαρνανίας. Η νησίδα έχει έκταση 1,047 τ.χλμ.[2] και είναι ακατοίκητη. Διοικητικά ανήκει στο Δήμο Ιθάκης. Η πορεία του πληθυσμού, μετά τον Β' Παγκόσμιο πόλεμο, σύμφωνα με τις απογραφές είναι:
