Geografi

Der Landkreis Fürth ligger vest for storbyområdet Nürnberg, som også byerne Zirndorf, Stein og Oberasbach er en del af. Mod vest går landkreisen over i det mere landbrugsprægede vestlige Mittelfranken. Landkreis Fürth er arealmæssigt den mindste Landkreis i Bayern.
