Juniorská liga 2017/18 byl šestý ročník soutěže, jež byla určena juniorským týmům sestávajícím především z hráčů do 21 let. Soutěže se účastnilo 20 týmů, k týmům z minulého ročníku se do juniorské ligy vrátily FC Baník Ostrava, SK Sigma Olomouc a 1. FC Slovácko, první sezónu v juniorské lize odehrál FC Fastav Zlín. Ročník, ve kterém tým FK Mladá Boleslav obhajoval mistrovský titul, odstartoval 30. července 2017 a poslední zápasy sezony byly odehrány 29. května 2018.

Formát

Vzhledem k rozšíření ze 16 na 20 týmů došlo ke změně formátu. Liga byla rozdělena geograficky na dvě části - Čechy (12 týmů) a Moravu (8 týmů). V české skupině hrály týmy se soupeři vždy jednou doma a jednou venku (celkem 22 kol), v moravské části hráli spolu soupeři třikrát (2x doma a 1x venku, nebo 1x doma a 2x venku - celkem 21 kol). Po odehrání základní části se tabulky rozdělily napůl a vytvořily se dvě nadstavbové skupiny: skupina "vítězů" (6 českých a 4 moravské kluby z horní poloviny tabulky po základní části) a skupina "poražených" (zbylých 10 týmů). V obou nadstavbových skupinách se odehrálo 9 kol (jednou každý s každým), která určila celkové pořadí.[1]

Titul získal celek FK Teplice.
