Bonvillers és un municipi francès, situat al departament de l'Oise i a la regió dels Alts de França. L'any 2007 tenia 202 habitants.

Població

El 2007 la població de fet de Bonvillers era de 202 persones. Hi havia 72 famílies de les quals 12 eren unipersonals (12 homes vivint sols), 20 parelles sense fills, 28 parelles amb fills i 12 famílies monoparentals amb fills.
