Абіраўся дэпутатам Вярхоўнага Савета Рэспублікі Беларусь трынаццатага склікання. З’яўляўся дэпутатам Палаты прадстаўнікоў Нацыянальнага сходу Рэспублікі Беларусь першага склікання, быў намеснікам старшыні Камісіі па працы, сацыяльных пытаннях, ахове здароўя, фізічнай культуры і спорце.
