Valentin Stepanoviç Xlıstov (rus. Валентин Степанович Хлыстов; 28 fevral 1927, Bakı – 8 mart 2007, Moskva) — müdafiəçi mövqeyində çıxış etmiş sovet futbolçusu, məşqçi. Azərbaycan Respublikasının əməkdar bədən tərbiyəsi və idman xadimi (1991).[1]

Həyatı

Valentin Xlıstov 28 fevral 1927-ci ildə Bakıda rus ailəsində anadan olub. Valideynləri Rusiya imperiyasının Qars şəhərində (günümüzdə Türkiyə ərazisidir) anadan olublar. 1903-cü ildə ictimai-siyasi vəziyyət gərgin olduğundan Xlıstovlar Bakıya köçüblər.[2]

İkinci Dünya müharibəsinin getdiyi bir dönəmdə — 1943-cü ildə futbol oynamağa başlayıb. Ehtiyat Əmək Qüvvələri Cəmiyyətinin yetirməsidir. 1946-cı ildən "Neftyanik" komandasının üzvü olub. Klubun heyətində sol cinah müdafiəçisi mövqeyində çıxış edən Xlıstov, 1955-ci ildə Moskva "Torpedo"su ilə oyunda rəqib futbolçu ilə mübarizədə aldığı zədə səbəbindən karyerasını başa vurmalı olub. 1946 və 1955-ci illərdə formasını geyindiyi "Neftyanik" komandasının heyətində ümumilikdə 171 oyun keçirib, 3 qol vurub.[2]

Futbolçu karyerasını bitirdikdən sonra Moskvaya yollanaraq Ali Məşqçilər Məktəbində təhsil alır. Bakıya qayıtdıqdan sonra, 1958-ci ildə "Neftyanik"də məşqçi kimi çalışıb. Sonralar Azərbaycanın bir çox komandalarında baş məşqçi işləyib. Xlıstov uzun müddət Neftçi Olimpiya Ehtiyatları Uşaq və Gənclər Məktəbində çalışmış, onun direktoru olmuşdur.[3]

Valentin Xlıstov 2007-ci il martın 8-də Moskvada vəfat edib.[3]
