Lady	A small, Victorian-styled tank engine. Splatter and Dodge	Two Canadian-accented diesel engines, who served as Diesel 10's bumbling sidekicks before their betrayal. They're collectively called "Splodge" by Diesel 10. Mr. Conductor	A 20-centimetre tall conductor who originated from the Shining Time Station television series. Tasha Stone	Burnett Stone's late wife. It was her death, along with Burnett's inability to make Lady steam, which made him depressed.
P.T. Boomer	A character who was originally going to be the main antagonist in Thomas and the Magic Railroad, but was cut to the film due to test audiences complaining that he would be too frightening for the film's target audience.
