The Girl in the Book adalah film Amerika Serikat tahun 2015 bergenre drama yang ditulis serta disutradarai oleh Marya Cohn sebagai debut penyutradaraannya. Beberapa bintang yang bermain dalam film ini antara lain Emily VanCamp, Michael Nyqvist, David Call, Michael Cristofer, Talia Balsam, dan Ana Mulvoy-Ten. Film ini kali pertama ditayangkan dalam perhelatan Los Angeles Film Festival pada 13 Juni 2015.[1] The Girl in the Book dirilis secara terbatas dan diedarkan pula melalui video on demand pada 11 Desember 2015, oleh Myriad Pictures dan Freestyle Releasing.[2]

Bulan Juni 2013 diumumkan bahwa Emily VanCamp dan Michael Nyqvist telah bergabung dalam film ini, di bawah arahan Marya Cohn yang sedang memulai debut penyutradaraannya.[3] Proses produksi film dimulai pada pertengahan bulan Juni tahun itu juga, di New York City.[4][5] Sebuah kampanye Kickstarter telah dilaksanakan untuk mengumpulkan uang dalam rangka membiayai posproduksi, dengan perolehan sebesar $65,000, dengan total perolehan mencapai $65,342.[6] Penghargaan bagi pendonor termasuk kesempatan dalam behind-the scenes blog, dan coffee table book.[6]
