Solor Timur adalah sebuah Kecamatan di Kabupaten Flores Timur,[1] Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Beriklim tropis dengan rata-rata kemarau yang panjang.

Ibu kota Kecamatan terletak di Menanga. Luas wilayah 66,56 km² dengan jumlah penduduk 12.863 jiwa.[2] Kode Pos 86271.[3]
