Sanrobone adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Sanrobone, Kabupaten Takalar. Desa Sanrobone memiliki lahan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai sawah, tambak dan permukiman. Di Desa Sanrobone terdapat dua sekolah dasar. Desa Sanrobone juga memiliki beberapa objek wisata budaya yang berada di dalam Benteng Sanrobone.

Wilayah administratif

Desa Sanrobone menjadi salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sanrobone sejak kecamatan ini dibentuk sebagai pemekaran wilayah Kecamatan Mappakasunggu. Kecamatan Sanrobone sendiri dibentuk berdasarkan ketetapan pada Pasal 2 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Takalar Nomor 03 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembentukan Kecamatan Sanrobone.[1]

Tata guna lahan

Lahan di Desa Sanrobone utamanya digunakan sebagai sawah, tambak dan permukiman.[2] Lahan yang dijadikan tambak di Desa Sanrobone merupakan hasil konversi dari hutan bakau.[3]

Fasilitas

Di Desa Sanrobone ada dua sekolah dasar, yaitu SD Inpres Salekowa dan SDN Benteng Sanrobone. Selain itu terdapat pusat kesehatan masyarakat bernama Puskesmas Sanrobone. Puskesmas ini melayani wilayah penduduk di Kecamatan Sanrobone.[4]

Objek wisata

Benteng Sanrobone

Benteng Sanrobone telah dijadikan sebagai objek wisata budaya di Desa Sanrobone. Pembangunan Benteng Sanrobone selesai pada tahun 1515 M. Luasnya adalah 26 hektar dengan susunan batu bata. Di dalam Benteng Sanrobone terdapat rumah adat dan Makam Raja-Raja Sanrobone. Selain itu, ada Masjid Tua Baitul Muqqadis yang selesai dibangun pada tahun 1603. Pemerintah Daerah Sulawesi Selatan telah menetapkan Benteng Sanrobone sebagai cagar budaya. Penetapannya dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Nomor 2 Tahun 2014.[5]
