Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Rasidin Padang (disingkat RSUD Rasidin Padang) adalah sebuah rumah sakit pemerintah yang terletak di kota Padang, provinsi Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Nama rumah sakit ini diambil dari nama Dr. Rasidin, salah seorang wali kota Padang periode 1949—1956.[2][3]

Sejarah

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Rasidin pada awalnya merupakan puskesmas plus yang dulunya berada dibawah naungan Puskesmas Belimbing Kecamatan Kuranji Padang Dengan Tempat Perawatan (DPT) sampai pada bulan Agustus tahun 2000 berubah menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) yang mempunyai ruang rawat inap gabungan dengan 40 tempat tidur. Pada awal tahun 2000 RSUD baru bernama RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang diresmikan oleh Bapak Wali kota Padang pada tanggal 30 AGUSTUS 2000.[4]

RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang diserahkan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang ke Pemerintah Kota Padang yang dipimpin oleh Bapak dr. H. Syafril Agus sebagai Direktur pertama RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang menurut PERDA No. 18 tahun 2002.

Pada Tahun 2004 Direktur RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang digantikan oleh drg. Iskandar Syah, M.Kes sampai dengan awal tahun 2009.

Selanjutnya kepemimpinan diteruskan oleh Bapak Nazaruddin, SKM,M.Kes. Tanggal 25 November 2009 berdasarkan SK Menkes No. 1139/Menkes/SK/XI/2009 RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang berubah status dari izin sementara menjadi izin tetapi dengan izin Tipe Rumah Sakit Tipe C.[4]

Tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2016 RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang dipimpin oleh dr. Artati Suryani, MPH.[5] selama masa kepemimpinan beliau RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang memiliki status lulus 5 pelayanan tingkat dasar meliputi Pelayanan Administrasi dan Manajemen, Pelayanan Medis, Gawat Darurat, Rekam Medis, dan Keperawatan dengan Nomor KARS-SERT/661/VI/2012.[4]

Padan bulan Februari 2016 dilantik dr. Hj. Herlin Sridiani, M.Kes sebagai direktur RSUD dr. Rasidin sampai dengan sekarang.[6]
