Pulau Setan Gadang merupakan salah satu pulau yang berada di Samudra Hindia. Pulau ini berada di sisi barat Pulau Sumatra. Terletak di kawasan Wisata Mandeh. Berdekatan dengan Pulau Sironjong Gadang dan Pulau Sironjong Ketek.[1]

Secara administrasi, Pulau Setan Gadang masuk ke dalam wilayah Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Indonesia.[1]

Berdasarkan hasil survei pulau tahun 2005 oleh Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan RI, pulau ini awalnya bernama Pulau Setan Besar. Kemudian setelah divalidasi, nama pulau ini berganti menjadi Pulau Setan Gadang. Kata gadang yang disematkan pada pulau ini berasal dari Bahasa Minangkabau yang berarti besar.[1]

Pulau Setan Gadang umumnya bertopografi berbukit. Bentuknya hampir mirip kerucut. Pulau ini memiliki pantai yang umumnya bertebing terjal. Pada pulau banyak tumbuh vegetasi tingkat tinggi, seperti pohon kelapa dan vegetasi rumput dan semak belukar.[1]

Pulau ini tercatat tidak berpenduduk.
