Pelabuhan Kalianget adalah sebuah pelabuhan yang terletak di Kalianget, Sumenep, Jawa Timur. Pelabuhan ini merupakan pintu gerbang perekonomian ke Pulau Madura bagian timur dan merupakan satu-satunya pelabuhan yang menghubungkan Pulau Madura dengan pulau-pulau di sekitarnya, seperti Pulau Poteran, Pulau Kangean, Pulau Sapudi, Pulau Ra'as, Pulau Masalembu. Pelabuhan ini juga melayani penyeberangan ke Pelabuhan Jangkar di Situbondo.

Sejarah

Pelabuhan ini merupakan pelabuhan tertua ketiga di Madura, setelah Pelabuhan Kertasada dan Pelabuhan Kamal. Pelabuhan ini dibangun pada masa pendudukan Belanda. Pada awalnya, pelabuhan ini difungsikan untuk mengangkut penumpang dan berbagai komoditas hasil bumi dari Pulau Madura, khususnya garam. Saat ini, Pelabuhan Kalianget juga digunakan sebagai sarana transportasi ke pulau yang ada di timur Sumenep dan sebagian Pulau Jawa.

Fasilitas

Pelabuhan ini dibagi menjadi tiga sisi, yakni sisi selatan, tengah, dan utara. Sisi selatan dikelola oleh Pelindo untuk melayani keberangkatan dan kedatangan penumpang. Sedangkan sisi tengah dikelola oleh PT Garam untuk menyimpan dan mengirim garam. Sementara sisi utara dikelola oleh Pelindo untuk melayani keberangkatan dan kedatangan barang.[1] Sisi tengah rencananya akan diserahkan ke TNI Angkatan Laut untuk digunakan sebagai pangkalan.
