Khoja (bahasa Sindh: کوجا، خوجا، خواجا, bahasa Turki: Hodja, Hoca, bahasa Albania: Hoxha) adalah sekelompok masyarakat yang berpindah ke agama Islam di Asia Selatan. Kata Khoja berasal dari kata Khwāja (Persia Baru Khājé), sebuah gelar kehormatan Persia (خواجه) dari orang-orang Asia Tengah, Asia Selatan dan Timur Tengah.

Di India, kebanyakan orang Khoja tinggal di negara-negara bagian Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan dan kota Hyderabad. Beberapa orang Khoja juga bermigrasi dan bermukim sepanjang berabad-abad di Afrika Timur, Eropa dan Amerika Utara. Orang-orang Khoja awalnya merupakan pengikut Nizārī Ismā'īlīsme. Pada akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20, terutama setelah Kasus Aga Khan, sejumlah minoritas signifikan terpecah dan mengadopsi Syiah Dua Belas Imam atau Islam Sunni meskipun mayoritas masih menganut Nizārī Ismā'īlī.[1]
