Keuskupan Nongstoin (bahasa Latin: Nongstoinen(sis)) adalah sebuah keuskupan yang terletak di kota Nongstoin, provinsi gerejawi Shillong, India. Dengan luas 5, 247 kilometer persegi, wilayah keuskupan tersebut meliputi Distrik Perbukitan Khasi Barat dan Khasi Barat Daya di negara bagian Meghalaya.
