Keuskupan Mangalore (bahasa Latin: Diocesis Mangalorensis) adalah sebuah keuskupan yang terletak di kota Mangalore di Provinsi Gerejani Bangalore di India. Keuskupan tersebut berada di pesisir barat daya India. Pada saat ini, keuskupan tersebut meliputi seluruh wilayah dari distrik sipil Dakshina Kannada dan Udupi di negara bagian Karnataka, dan distrik Kasaragod di negara bagian Kerala. Wilayah tersebut secara kolektif disebut sebagai Canara Selatan pada masa Kemaharajaan Britania dan awal masa pasca-kemerdekaan, sebelum Undang-Undang Reorganisasi Negara-Negara Bagian pada 1956. Keuskupan tersebut didirikan sebagai Vikariat Apostolik yang terpisah dari Vikariat Apostolik Verapoly pada 1853 dan dinaikkan kedudukan menjadi sebuah keuskupan pada 1 September 1886.

Pada Senin, 16 Juli 2012, keuskupan tersebut kehilangan wilayah ketika Paus Benediktus XVI mendirikan Keuskupan Udupi yang baru (meliputi tiga distrik sipil yakni Udupi, Karkala, dan Kunapura), yang juga akan menjadi bagian dari Provinsi Bangalore.[1]
