Keuskupan Fort Wayne–South Bend (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Wayne Castrensis–South Bendensis) adalah sebuah keuskupan di utara dan timur laut Indiana. Kevin C. Rhoades dipilih menjadi uskup diosesan oleh Paus Benediktus XVI pada 14 November 2009 dan ditahbiskan pada 13 Januari 2010. Keuskupan Fort Wayne–South Bend meliputi 14 county Indiana: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Marshall, Noble, Steuben, St. Joseph, Wabash, Wells, dan Whitley.
