Keluaran 22

Keluaran 22 (disingkat Kel 22) adalah bagian dari Kitab Keluaran dalam Alkitab Ibrani dan Perjanjian Lama di Alkitab Kristen. Termasuk dalam kumpulan kitab Taurat yang disusun oleh Musa.[1][2]

  • Penyampaian yang dicatat di pasal ini terjadi sewaktu bangsa Israel berkumpul di kaki gunung Sinai pada tanggal 6 bulan Siwan, 49 hari setelah ke luar dari tanah Mesir.[3] (~1447 SM)

Struktur

Ayat 16

Apabila seseorang membujuk seorang anak perawan yang belum bertunangan, dan tidur dengan dia, maka haruslah ia mengambilnya menjadi isterinya dengan membayar maskawin.[4]

Prinsip dasar dari aturan ini adalah berhubungan badan untuk seorang perawan hanya terjadi dalam lingkup perkawinan. Lelaki yang berhubungan badan dengan seorang perawan menurut aturan ini harus menjadi suaminya, yaitu wajib menikahinya (dengan seizin ayah perempuan itu). Kewajiban berat ini untuk mencegah terjadinya tindakan tidak senonoh oleh lelaki muda.[5]

Ayat 26

Jika engkau sampai mengambil jubah temanmu sebagai gadai, d maka haruslah engkau mengembalikannya kepadanya sebelum matahari terbenam,.[6]

Ayat 31

Haruslah kamu menjadi orang-orang kudus bagi-Ku.[7]

Pernyataan untuk menjadi "kudus" (bahasa Ibrani: קדש‎, qodesh) ini ditegaskan dalam Kitab Imamat pasal 11:44:

Sebab Akulah TUHAN, Allahmu, maka haruslah kamu menguduskan dirimu dan haruslah kamu kudus, sebab Aku ini kudus.[8]
