Kejuaraan Formula 3 Eropa (Bahasa Inggris: FIA Formula 3 European Championship) adalah kompetisi balap mobil Formula Tiga khusus benua Eropa yang diselenggarakan oleh FIA. Kejuaraan balap ini didirikan pada tahun 2012.

Setelah satu musim ajang Trofi Internasional Formula 3 FIA diselenggarakan, FIA membangkitkan ajang Kejuaraan Formula 3 Eropa FIA.[1] Pada awal kemunculannya, Kejuaraan FIA F3 Eropa berjumlah 10 seri termasuk 7 seri dari ajang F3 Euroseries, dua balapan Formula Tiga Britania Raya dan balapan dukungan DTM di sirkuit Brands Hatch. Mulai musim 2013, kejuaraan Formula 3 Eropa FIA mulai menggelar balapan sendiri yang berbasis pola jadwal F3 Euroseries yang ditutup pada akhir tahun 2012 silam.

Kejuaraan Eropa FIA Formula 3 melahirkan pembalap muda terkenal seperti Felix Rosqenvist, Antonio Giovinazzi, Sean Gelael, Lando Norris, Esteban Ocon, Daniel Juncadella, Raffaele Marciello, Nabil Jeffri, Charles Leclerc, Lance Stroll dan masih banyak lagi.

Mulai tahun 2019 Kejuaraan Formula 3 Eropa dan Seri GP3 akan meleburkan diri sekaligus mendirikan Kejuaraan Formula 3.[2]
