George Benson (lahir 22 Maret 1943)[3] adalah seorang musisi, gitaris dan penyanyi-penulis lagu asal Amerika Serikat. Ia memulai karier profesionalnya di usia 21 tahun sebagai seorang gitaris jazz.

Seorang mantan anak ajaib, Benson pertama kali menjadi terkenal pada tahun 1960-an, bermain soul jazz dengan Jack McDuff dan lain-lain. Dia kemudian melancarkan karier solo yang sukses, bergantian antara bernyanyi jazz, pop, R&B, dan scat. Albumnya Breezin' dianugerahi tripel-platinum, menjadi no. 1 pada peringkat album Billboard pada tahun 1976.[4] konsernya banyak dihadiri pada tahun 1980-an, dan ia masih memiliki banyak pengemar.[4] Ia menerima bintang pada Hollywood Walk of Fame.
