Cynthia Ann Christine Rothrock (lahir 8 Maret 1957) adalah aktris laga dan olahragawan bela diri berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Rothrock adalah pemegang sabuk hitam pada peringkat ke tujuh dan pernah menduduki peringkat pertama dalam kompetisi beladiri sebelum menjadi seorang aktris.
