Ädelost adalah keju biru dari Swedia yang dibuat dengan menggunakan susu sapi yang dipasteurisasi.[1] Keju ini memiliki kemiripan dengan keju Bleu d'Auvergne.[1] Corak jamur yang berwarna abu-abu kebiruan tersebar secara merata di seluruh bagian dari keju ini.[1] Rasa dari keju ini tajam dan asin.[1] Keju ini memiliki bentuk seperti drum atau silinder dengan bagian kulit yang berwarna krem pucat.[2] Keju ini dijual dengan ukuran diameter 18 sentimeter, tinggi 10 sentimeter dan beratnya sekitar 2.5 kilogram.[3] Keju Ädelost memiliki kandungan lemak sebesar 50% dan proses pematangannya memakan waktu selama 2 hingga 3 bulan.[1][3] Keju ini merupakan keju yang cocok sebagai tambahan pada salad atau untuk kudapan dan hidangan penutup.[4]
