「快樂麥迪遜」（Happy Madison）公司命名，是擷取自亞當·山德勒早期兩部票房賣座的電影《高爾夫球也瘋狂》（Happy Gilmore）與《阿呆闖學府（英语：Billy Madison）》（Billy Madison）結合而成。公司本部位於加利福尼亞州新力影業所屬用地的朱迪加蘭大樓裡。
