2023年世界青年游泳锦标赛是第9届世界青年游泳锦标赛，于2023年9月4日至9月9日在以色列内坦亚溫蓋特學院（英语：Wingate Institute）进行[1]。内坦亚于2023年2月下旬确认获得该届比赛主办权，这是以色列首次主办该赛事[2]。比赛共有来自95个代表队的600多名14至18岁的选手参加[3]。

最佳獎項方面，美國隊奪得最佳團體獎，烏克蘭隊Oleksandr Zheltiakov奪得最佳男子運動員，波斯尼亞和黑塞哥維那隊拉娜·普达尔奪得最佳女子運動員[4]。
