雷蒙德·H·「雷」·拉胡德（英語：Raymond H. "Ray" LaHood；1945年12月6日—）是来自于伊利诺伊州的共和党人，2009年1月起任美国运输部长。此前他曾连续七次当选代表伊利诺伊州第18选区的联邦众议员（1995－2009）。

早年与教育

他生于皮奥里亚，母亲Mary A. LaHood (née Vogel)是德裔美国人，父亲Edward M. LaHood是黎巴嫩裔，他经营着一家餐馆[1][2][3]。1971年他获得位于皮奥里亚的布拉德利大学(Bradley University)的教育与社会学的理學士[1]。
