《識玩旅行團》（英語：Mom on the Run）是香港電視廣播有限公司製作的旅遊節目，共兩輯，形式上與同類節目《大灣區 活好D》類似。第一輯由肥媽、黃建東、簡淑兒遊歷佛山五區，2019TVB Amazing Summer綜藝節目之一，於2019年6月30日起香港時間逢星期日22:30-23:00在翡翠台播出，及於myTV SUPER提供網上節目重溫（集數上傳7天後會刪除），由大航假期特約。[1][2]第二輯由林師傑、吳紫韻、蔣家旻、楊潮凱、江嘉敏、傅嘉莉、潘梓鋒、陳睿雯、梁　茵、區永權、陳婉衡、尤蔭蔭主持。
