相模大塚站（日语：相模大塚駅／さがみおおつかえき Sagami-ōtsuka eki */?）位於日本神奈川縣大和市櫻森三丁目，是相模鐵道本線的鐵路車站。車站編號是SO15。

車站結構

島式月台1面2線跨站式站房。站舍北側備有電留線（日语：電留線），同時大和側的東名高速公路備有可使用的工程車用的月台。

2008年（平成20年）春頃，月台與閘內大堂以升降機和扶手電梯聯絡，而閘外大堂與站前廣場設置升降機聯絡，同時也更新了標示系統（日语：サインシステム）。另外2012年設置了候車室。
